Ever since I bought my Tesla in 2018, I trusted Kaiser with knowing how to handle tire repairs or rotations. (In the past there were few trained for working on electric vehicles) Now I bring my model 3 in for tire rotations, tire leaks or new tires. Once I purchased my new tires from Kaiser I also got free rotations every 5K miles. I trust their recommendations and service. If there’s a cost difference in finding a cheaper tire elsewhere, you won’t get the guarantee of great workmanship!

I came in to Kaiser around 10 am, in crisis mode as is often the case with unplanned and unexpected auto issues. I was greeted warmly, as usual. I had several major issues needing attention and that day was my only day to get things done. The team at Kaiser rose to the occasion. I picked my car up at 2 pm. Problems solved.
